Our Policy:
- The consultation charges of Future Fly Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. will be refunded as per the agreed scope of work defined in the service agreement.
- The above-mentioned refund is applicable to the full service fee paid as per the defined process and not solely for the partial amount. Refund eligibility is valid only if the entire service fee for the selected product is paid in full, without any outstanding balance. Clients with incomplete payments will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be calculated strictly based on the consultation charges as stated on the official Future Fly Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. invoice. The company’s liability will not exceed the consultation fee paid by the client under any circumstances.
- Future Fly Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. will process a refund of the service fee, as per the percentage mentioned in the signed agreement. The refund will be issued within 28 working days upon submission of the Refund Claim Form, along with the original payment receipt. Incomplete submissions or missing documentation will render the client ineligible for any refund.
No Claim Will Be Paid in the Following Cases:
- If your application is delayed or put on hold by government authorities or foreign embassies.
- If you or any accompanying family member fail medical examinations.
- If you provide a Police Clearance Certificate that is over 3 months old or is deemed not genuine.
- If any forged, false, or fabricated documents/information are submitted.
- If you or your family members have any prior violations of visa rules or immigration laws.
- If you fail to provide required documents within the timelines requested by your Case Manager.
- If you fail the visa officer interview.
- If you do not achieve the required score in the English Language Test (if applicable).
- If you withdraw your application for personal reasons at any stage.
Refund in Case of Withdrawal:
If the client withdraws or abandons their application or discontinues the process for any reason after registration, no refund will be granted.
Future Fly Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. is a private consulting company and is not affiliated with any government body or embassy. We provide guidance and consulting services for visa and immigration purposes. Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the respective government authorities.
Our agreements are based on mutual trust, transparency, and clarity. Every clause is explicitly stated to ensure full client awareness.
The client acknowledges that all decisions regarding the selection of service, visa, or country are independently made by the client. Future Fly Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. neither pressures nor influences any client decision. We only provide information and guidance to assist in making an informed choice.
